North Bay Vet Tech Services – Client Agreement

Our goal is to provide compassionate, professional care for your pets in a way that keeps them safe, happy, and comfortable. We appreciate open communication and mutual respect as we care for your animals.

We understand that plans can change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $20 fee. Repeated short-notice cancellations may affect future bookings.

Your pet’s well-being and safety are our top priority. Pets do not need to be spayed or neutered to receive our services. Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, medications, or behavioral concerns before your appointment. For dogs with a history of biting, a muzzle may be used during care. This does not automatically exclude them from service—our goal is safety for your pet, you, and our team. However, we may pause or modify services if we feel the risk to anyone is too high.

If a medical emergency occurs while your pet is in our care, we will contact you immediately. If you cannot be reached, we may seek veterinary care at your expense to ensure your pet’s safety.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

To ensure a positive experience, we may schedule a brief meet and greet before your first service to get to know your pet’s temperament and needs.

Your information and home access details are treated with strict confidentiality. We respect your privacy and your property at all times.

In extreme weather or unsafe conditions, outdoor services such as dog walks may be adjusted for safety. We will always communicate any changes in advance.
